Claims & Returns?
All returns are subject to a 15-25% re-stocking fee. Custom orders such as fabric cuts outside our normal inventory sizes are not returnable — all sales are final. If a product is ordered incorrectly, the customer is liable for all shipping costs back to our facility and will be charged a 15-25% re-stocking fee based on the item. Any claim on an order needs to be filed with The Posh Academy within 3 days of receipt of the order. Claims past the 3-day mark will not be reviewed. Any fabric that has been altered, converted, or cut will not qualify for returns or refunds.

Signature Required?
Orders shipped will be delivered without a signature requirement. Freight shipments will require receiving signatures. If an order is returned to The Posh Academy as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of re-shipping the order.
Our Refund Policy
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process your return credit. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number for your records.
Color may vary due to lighting
Our fabric is pre-cut and sewing the rod pocket is required
Fabric may come with natural flaws.
Small patches or rows of missing sequins are normal in this type of fabric.
Small holes on velvet edges are normal.
Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
Products that are received as ordered and match the item selected at checkout are not considered defective. If a customer requests an exchange due to preference, design change, color preference, product style, or because the item does not appear as expected, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping to our facility
- Shipping costs for the replacement item
- A 15 to 25% restocking fee
- Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item
Items must be returned unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges are not processed until the original item is received and inspected.
Product images are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, fabric texture, dye batches, and sequin placement. These variations are not considered defects.
