Inspection Window
All claims must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after 3 days will not be reviewed.
Fabric Returns
Returns are accepted only if the incorrect item was shipped.
Color discrepancies due to lighting or screen variations are not grounds for return.
All custom-cut fabric and custom orders are final sale.
Fabric that has been cut, altered, sewn, or modified is not eligible for return.
Equipment Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Approved returns are subject to a flat 20% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Books
All book sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
Damaged Items
If Purchase Protection WAS purchased
- Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of packaging and damage are required.
- Upon approval, we will issue either a replacement or refund.
If Purchase Protection was NOT purchased
- Customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for damage claims without purchase protection.

Please do not send returns to any previous address. Returns sent to an old address may be delayed or lost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
