Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another item, we will be happy to send the new merchandise for all unopened items. New shipping charges will apply. If you wish to receive a refund, we will gladly credit your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item. (Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge.)

What are my shipping options?

At The Posh Academy, your order is typically processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days. U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. During the holiday season, please allow an additional 5 business days for expected delays. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your order weight, shipping method selected, and destination.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

What is oversized shipping?

Items marked with the oversize symbol require additional shipping charges or freight/truck shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The Posh Academy does not ship orders to post office boxes at this time.

Do you send partial shipments?

The Posh Academy does its best to keep a complete inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available when your order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you with shipping options for the remaining items. Please note that fabric and draping systems may ship separately.

How do I track my order shipped through UPS/FedEx/USPS?

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and destination. International tracking updates may vary. Orders shipped through USPS may have limited tracking and insurance availability.

Claims & Returns

All returns are subject to a 15–25% restocking fee. Custom orders, including fabric cut outside our standard inventory sizes, are not returnable and all sales are final. If a product is ordered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee. Any claim regarding an order must be submitted to The Posh Academy within 3 days of delivery. Claims received after the 3-day period will not be reviewed. Fabric that has been altered, converted, sewn, or cut is not eligible for return or refund.

Signature Required?

Standard shipments are delivered without a signature requirement. Freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. If an order is returned to The Posh Academy due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Refund Policy

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We recommend keeping your return tracking number for your records until your refund has been completed.

Important Product Notes

- Color may vary due to lighting.
- Our fabric is pre-cut and sewing the rod pocket is required.
- Fabric may contain natural manufacturing variations.
- Small patches or rows of missing sequins are normal in this type of fabric.
- Small holes along velvet edges are normal.
