Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may increase.

Pre-orders are shipped once the products arrive.

Shipping Methods

We ship using carriers that provide tracking and delivery confirmation.

We do not ship via USPS.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Country-specific charges

We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms “Delivered,” responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
